3 Burnette Shutt & McDaniel Attorneys Included in Best Lawyers

Three partners at Burnette Shutt & McDaniel earned a total of 12 honors in the new edition of Best Lawyers in America. The listings include two Columbia “Lawyer of the Year” awards.
M. Malissa Burnette, who’s been every edition of Best Lawyers since 2005, is Columbia “Lawyer of the Year” in Employment Law – Individuals. Nekki Shutt is Columbia “Lawyer of the Year” in Litigation – ERISA, marking the fourth consecutive year she’s achieved top honors.
Burnette, Shutt and Janet Rhodes all were recognized in Litigation – Employment Law. The three also were all included in Employment Law – Individuals.
