CresCom Bank, the second largest community bank in North and South Carolina, has expanded its Commercial Lending Team with the promotion of CresCom Bank team member Ryan Benton.

Ryan Benton has been promoted to Regional Market Executive in the Charleston Market. Benton joined the CresCom Bank team in March 2015 as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, and in April 2017 was promoted to Senior Vice President before assuming his current position. Prior to joining CresCom, Benton worked as a Commercial Lender with BB&T and also has experience as a Small Business Lender and Financial Center Leader. Benton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Citadel and is a graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking.
