Womble Bond Dickinson Named Best Place to Work for Gays

In creating a statement on the firm’s culture, Womble Bond Dickinson leaders decided that having a firm that “(Nurtures) a spirit of equality, fairness, and respect for all” is a core firm value.

With that in mind, Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP has earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the fourth consecutive year. The CEI is a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

The 2018 HRC Corporate Equality Index measures corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality.
