Sunbelt Business Brokers Announces Sale of MCM Networks

Sunbelt Business Brokers announced today the sale of MCM Network Systems, a full-service IT support provider serving South Carolina and Northeast Georgia to Blue Line Technologies, a leading IT services provider based in North Carolina.  The transaction was handled by Katherine Harris of Sunbelt Business Brokers of the Carolinas, based in Columbia, SC.

MCM Network Systems has been providing support services to area businesses for over 20 years, primarily focusing on dental, orthodontics, and private healthcare practices. This acquisition is a milestone for Blue Line Technologies and will greatly strengthen its market share and geographical footprint in the managed IT marketplace. 

 The MCM Network Systems team will join Blue Line and continue to provide support to the existing client base. Scott McCulla, President of MCM Networks, will remain with Blue Line to lead the offices in Columbia and Greenville, SC. MCM Network Systems clients will immediately see the impacts from this new partnership with increased service offerings, the 24x7 FirstRing help desk, and access to the award-winning technology solutions based on the cybersecurity centric Blue Line BusinessSecure+ platform.
